The superior king room had all the essentials i needed, like a coffee machine with extra water. i found ample space with the iron, ironing board, and generous hanging area. the bathroom impressed me with a complete set of toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner (this saved me a trip to the shops!). staff members were friendly. They were always ready to help.
the stairs were a little dark, but the lighting automatically came on at certain points.

i found the location quite convenient. it was only a couple minutes walk from the tube station on leytonstone high road. the staff was helpful and friendly. i really appreciated the coffee machine and extra water provided in the room.

the room was tastefully decorated, very comfy and tidy. i found the bed to be very comfy.
the stairs were dark and poorly-lit with lighting automatically coming on when certain points were passed. these stairs would be difficult to climb by elderly guests. clothes storage was non-existent. two coat hangers were provided for hanging items of clothing.
